Dr. Annika Steiber is a globally recognized innovation leader, researcher, and educator shaping the future of digital transformation and modern management. With decades of experience across academia, industry, and international standard-setting, she is widely regarded as a leading authority on how organizations compete and thrive in fast-changing environments.
She is the CEO of Management Insights, a Senior Fellow at Berkeley Policy Institute, and leads the RenDanHeYi Silicon Valley Research Center and holds a Ph.D. in Management of Technology from Chalmers University in Sweden.
She serves in senior executive, advisory, and board roles worldwide, guiding companies on sustainable innovation, digital competitiveness, and organizational transformation. As an appointed expert in ISO/TC 279, she has played a central role in shaping the global innovation management standards and is the Project Leader for ISO 56012 on Innovation Ecosystem Management, a groundbreaking new standard that defines how organizations build and orchestrate modern innovation ecosystems.
