Kalpana Majumdar brings over three decades of professional experience in data-driven innovation management and transformative change to our Board, supporting our mission with strategic insight and operational excellence.

Ms. Majumdar is a contributing member to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), helping develop guidance standards in innovation portfolio management and ecosystem frameworks. She is the Founder and CEO of Data Glue Consulting LLC.

During her six-year tenure on the PMI DC Chapter Board (which had over 10,000 members), as VP of Volunteer Management, she led a significant expansion of volunteer engagement in her first year. She also successfully expanded strategic educational outreach programs to DC-area universities.

Most recently, as a board member, she successfully led an initiative for an NJ-based non-profit to streamline the transfer of large-scale donations, ensuring administrative costs were aggressively minimized to maximize the philanthropic funding received by the ultimate beneficiaries.

Ms. Majumdar’s academic foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the IIEST, Shibpur, India and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. She also holds a Certification in Innovation & Technology Leadership from MIT Professional Education, an achievement recognized with the prestigious "Fire Hydrant" Innovation and Leadership Award.
