The American Network for Innovation (ANI) brings together experts, institutions, academics, and organizations interested in promoting structured innovation. Our approach is guided by the ISO 56000 family of standards and by the need to enhance the nation’s capacity to compete in a dynamic global environment.

Our purpose is exclusively to advance educational, scientific and charitable purposes of innovation management in a conscious and proactive manner through research, education, and strategic collaboration within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ("Code") including without limitation for the following purposes:

Curate and make available best practices in innovation strategy, governance, and execution.

Facilitate partnerships between businesses, academic institutions, and government entities to promote knowledge-sharing and innovation-driven initiatives in the development, implementation, and support of the ISO 56000 series of standards.

Advocate for developing and implementing Innovation Management standards and policies that encourage research, development, and innovation at the national level.

Support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) adopting innovation practices that drive regional economic development, either at pro bono or at cost-plus reasonable overhead.

Administer the ANSI Accredited US Technical Advisory Group for the ISO Technical Committee – Innovation Management Systems – TC279.

And/or any other lawful purpose in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code ("Code").

Our mission is to help the US and ANSI to create a thriving innovation ecosystem where organizations of all sizes can harness the power of creativity, technology, and collaboration to solve complex challenges, seize new opportunities, and contribute to the sustained global competitiveness of the United States.
By helping empower organizations to innovate effectively and systematically, ANI aims to become the pathway to enhance productivity, create high-quality jobs, and drive long-term economic prosperity in the USA and abroad. We aim to do this through improved innovation management systems, individual certification pathways, and digital transformation through artificial intelligence.
